What happen if I get poor results (below 2.5) in my final?

All scholars are expected to maintain their result at GPA 3.5 and above. 
Under the recent implementation of Consequence Management by 
Education Sponsorship Unit (ESU), scholars will be subjected 
to the following: 

Current Performance Scale
Excellent    - 3.75 to 4.00 
Good         - 3.00 to 3.74 
Satisfactory - 2.50 to 2.99 

WARNING.......
POOR         - 2.00 to 2.49 (or below 70% or below B- or below 6/10)
FAIL         - 0.00 to 1.99 

If you results fall below GPA of 2.50, or equivalent (see above), 
the following actions applied;

1st time - POOR or FAIL - Warning Letter & Immediate HOLD of allowances. 
           i.e NO ALLOWANCES until you show improvement.

2nd time - FINAL WARNING and MUST improve term GPA.
           All allowances are automatically suspended without any appeal.

3rd time - TERMINATION of sponsorship. 

           
Upon received poor result, 

1. you will be given a warning letter/ show cause letter, 
2. to explain what happen, 
3. how you plan to improve it. 
4. why your sponsorship should not be terminated. 

You will be sent home if: 
1. your following result fall below 2.5 more than 2 times with no improvement  
2. terminated by University, for poor result or whatever reasons. 
3. in violation of any terms of the contract.
