There are 2 areas we need to look at:

1. 	The Contract
	Under the contract clause 1 (k) scholars are required to return to Malaysia and 
	report to Petronas as soon as completion of study.

2. 	The Visa requirement. 
	J-1 and F-1 visa will expire upon completion of study or expiry date which ever 
	is earlier. Upon expiry of the visa student are require to leave US. 
	Staying in US without proper visa is deemed in violation of US Law and will be 
	immediately deported and denied future visa.
