1. 	End of study allowance: 
	You will be paid an "end of study allowance" of US$404.00. 
	This allowance is for the logistic and shipping of your personal 
	belongings to Malaysia. This allowance will be paid after you 
	submit your flight schedule.

2. 	Air ticket:
	Under the contract you must return to Malaysia within 2 months after
	announcement of your results. Please advise the Student Advisor two 
	months in advance on your expected date of return to Malaysia. 
	This is to ensure that your flight reservation will be confirmed 
	as requested. If you failed to book your ticket within the 2 months, your
	rights to the ticket will be denied.

3. 	Bank Account: 
	Please close your bank account or seek assistance from a trusted friend 
	to close the account on your behalf. This is to avoid you from facing a 
	negative balance, as the bank continuously charge service fees.
	
4. 	Extension of stay for Graduation: 
	You will have to write in to the Student Advisor should you wish to 
	stay on to attend your graduation ceremony. If your request to stay is denied
	as scheduled.
	
5. 	Reporting for Duty: 

	You are required to report in person to;

	USA Desk Officer 
	Education Sponsorship Unit, 
	Level 9, Tower 1, 
	PETRONAS Twin Towers 

	within two (2) weeks from the date of your arrival in Malaysia. 

	Sila sertakan semasa melapurkan diri: 
	2 salinan keputusan/transkrip asal,
	2 salinan Ijazah
	2 salinan Resume
	2 salinan surat "special awards" atau "recommendation"; jika ada.
