1. 	You are expected to fill up 'release form' and submit to registrar for 
	release of your result to Petronas. 

2.	You are required to forward a copy of the result to Student Advisor's 
	office every quarter/semester within 2 weeks after your result is announced.
	Your following allowance will be hold for one month if you fail to comply.

3.	A report of your results and self-performance will be forwarded to your 
	parents and PETRONAS Education Sponsorship Unit in Kuala Lumpur 
	every quarter/semester. 

4. 	If you fail any subjects in anyone semester, you are required to immediately 
	submit a Poor Performance Form to the Student Advisor clarifying the reasons. 

5. 	You will be issued a final warning letter. 
	If there is still no improvement following the final warning, PETRONAS will 
	terminate sponsorship.	PETRONAS expects its scholars to consistently produce 
	good results and to graduate with CGPA of 3.5 and above.
