Upon your arrival.....

Do not leave your baggage and personal belongings unattended at the airport. It will be confiscated my airport authority.
Please ensure that you have all your personal traveling document with you. Do not let it out of your sight.
Do check that your passport is appropriately stamped before you leave the airport. I-94 form must be in the pasport all time.
Please make every effort to arrange for your accommodations before enrollment. The University should be able to assist you on this matter.
To select the type of bank account which is economical to maintain before opening one.
Complete the "student information record" form and send it, latest by end of the second week to PETRONAS, 3516 International Court, N.W. Washington D.C. 20008. The form can be found in "forms" section.
Please enroll or register yourself at the University and attend its orientation.
Do submit a copy of your financial affidavit of support letter to the University Bursar.
With your insurance card (the green card which you will receive before departure), from PETRONAS agent, AIG/YPM, you can waive your university insurance at the university's Health Center.
