REPORTING UPON COMPLETION OF STUDY 

Effective 1st May 2009, all PETRONAS sponsored students may report to ESU upon completion 
of their studies via 3 following methods:-

 

1)     Physically report to ESU HQ Office, L9 Tower 1, KLCC

2)     By registered mail to Education Sponsorship Unit in Kuala Lumpur
       Address for overseas student:
		Education Sponsorship Unit
		Level 9, Tower 1,
		PETRONAS Twin Towers,
		Kuala Lumpur City Center,
		50088 Kuala Lumpur
		(U/P: En. Norman Tumiran)

3)     Email to Overseas Desk common email address :- esu_oversea@petronas.com.my


Kindly ensure the following documents are attached together with the submission:-

1)     Completed Borang Lapor Diri
2)     Certified True Copy of Final Result/Transcript

You might also want to attach other relevant documents such as updated resume/CV, 
recommendation letter from university or certificates.

 

For your information, copy of Borang Lapor Diri can be downloaded from ESU Portal and 
has also made available in petronaswdc.com. Students need to complete the form and 
submit to ESU for reporting.
