Things you need to do after you settled down.

A. PETRONAS Student Advisor Office
    1. BAnk Information.
        Bank name., address, ABA/routing code or SWIFT code
        Your account number. To be submitted soonest. 

    2. Student Information Form
        Print or copy from link below, mail or email to us.

B. University 
    1.  Financial Affidavit - FA
        Submit your FA to bursar/ financial office. 
        Make sure to ask them to start billing sponsor, PETRONAS not you.
        We will not be able to pay if we do not received any invoice/bill.

    2. Insurance Folder
        Show your Insurance folder to financial office.
        Ask for waiver from taking university insurance.

    3. Make an appointment to meet your Academic Advisor
        Start working on your Study Plan from now until 4 years.
         Submit to us within 2 months from arrival.

C. Embassy of Malaysia
    Register yourself to Embassy of Malaysia or 
    Consulate nearest to your location.
    Refer list on the right for mailing and contact.

D. Malaysian Student Department
    Register yourself at MSD, via online or form submission.
